Registration Time & Process
Please note the Contributor Day is on the FIRST DAY this year.
Contributor Day (Friday, September 14)
Registration starts at 9:30 am, and the event opens at 10:00 am.
Come to the 5th floor of Bellesale Shinjuku Grand Conference Center and enter Room EF. No need to show anything here.
Session Day (Saturday, September 15)
Registration starts at 9:30 am. The opening remarks is at 10:00 am and the first session is from 10:10 am.
Come to the registration table on the 5th floor of Bellesale Shinjuku Grand Conference Center and show your ticket screen (see below) to receive your conference badge & gig band.

If You Can’t Find the Ticket Email
Please check your spam folder just in case.
If You Lost Your Email or Printed Ticket
Please let the registration table staff know your name and email address you used for the ticket.
U20 Ticket
Please bring something to prove of your age (e.g. student card, health insurance card. Elementary school students and younger children don’t any tickets or proof.
Gig Band
General Ticket = Yellow
U20 Ticket = Red
Please keep the gig band on your wrist during the session day and the after party.
No Ticket Sales at the Registration
We will not be selling tickets at the registration table. Please make sure to purchase one online.
