この記事では、WordCamp Tokyo 2023 に参加する皆さまに知っておいていただきたい・確認しておいていただきたいことをご紹介します。

会場について
ここ近年、WordCamp Tokyo は新宿で開催されておりました。今年は、会場を変更しまして、江東区にあります有明セントラルタワーホール ＆ カンファレンスにて開催します。
会場へのアクセスマップページを公開しておりますので、ぜひ参考にしてください。
＊同日は近隣にて大型スポーツイベントが予定されており、最寄りの駅などは混雑することが予想されます。時間には余裕をもってご来場ください。
会場案内について
会場となる有明セントラルタワーホール & カンファレンスの4階と3階一部を利用して開催します。

受付について
受付は QRコードを用いたチェックインシステムを予定しています。
WordCamp Tokyo 2023 より配信されましたメール「WordCamp Tokyo 2023 参加予定の皆さまへ」に記載されている QR コードをご準備ください。順番にスタッフが受付をさせていただきます。
＊もしメールが届いていない方は、受付にて特別レーンがありますので、そちらでお並びください。
セッション
WordCamp Tokyo 2023 は 2トラック同時進行です。
見たいセッションがある場合はぜひ、タイムテーブルをご確認の上、開始時間になりましたらセッション会場にて着席いただくようお願いします。

WordCamp Tokyo 2023 は、33のスポンサーにサポートいただいております。
多くのスポンサーが当日、スポンサーエリアにてブースを出展しておりますので、足を運んでサービス／会社の中の人と交流してみてください。
オリジナルグッズなどを準備しているスポンサーもいるようですので、気になるかたはお早めに！
また、午前と午後に1回ずつスポンサーブースツアーを開催します。

全セッション終了後、同一会場内のホールBにてアフターパーティーを開催します。

近隣情報について
会場付近にはいくつかコンビニ、レストラン、カフェなどがあります。
同一会場1Fにはローソンが入っております。
また、その他の施設については Google Map 等でご確認ください。
チケットについて
WordCamp Tokyo 2023 の参加チケットは開催前日現在は売り切れとなっています。
開催当日までの間に「キャンセル」が出た場合はチケットページにて購入可能となります。
また、本イベントでは領収書を発行しておりません。クレジットカードのご利用明細またはチケット購入時に送信されるメールをご確認ください。
WordCamp Tokyo 2023 からのお願い
荷物について
WordCamp Tokyo 2023 にてクローク等の準備はありません。また、会場にて荷物をお預かりすることもできかねますので、近隣のコインロッカーなどをご活用いただくか、できるだけコンパクトな手荷物でご来場ください。
お手洗いについて
会場内にありますお手洗いは数が限られております。ぜひ皆さんで譲り合いながらご利用いただけたらと思います。また、別の皆のお手洗いをご利用する際には、他の利用者に迷惑のかからぬようご注意ください。
喫煙所について
会場となるビルの2階に喫煙所があります。ビル共用部分となりますので、喫煙マナーを守った上でご利用ください。
落とし物・忘れ物について
イベント開催中に、落とし物が忘れ物が見つかった場合は、受付と同じ場所に設置されます「本部」にてお預かりをしています。もし何かありましたら本部までお越しください。
約6ヶ月間かけて準備を進めてきた WordCamp Tokyo 2023、皆さん楽しんでいただけたら幸いです。

WordCamp Tokyo 2023 is coming up tomorrow!
How are your preparations going?
If you are coming from far away, have you prepared your accommodation and transportation tickets?
In this article, we will introduce what you need to know in order to enjoy WordCamp Tokyo 2023.
The Venue
In recent years, WordCamp Tokyo has been held in Shinjuku, Tokyo. This year, the venue has been changed and will be held at Ariake Central Tower Hall & Conference in Koto-ku, Tokyo.
Please refer to the access page for the details.
Please note that a major sporting event is scheduled to be held nearby on the same day, and the nearest train station is expected to be crowded. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
Floor Information
The event will be held at the Ariake Central Tower Hall & Conference, using the 4th floor and part of the 3rd floor.
A map of the venue is available for your reference.
The Registration
A check-in system using QR codes will be available at the registration desk.
Please prepare the QR code shown in the email with the title of “For those attending WordCamp Tokyo 2023” sent out by WordCamp Tokyo 2023 organizing team. Staff will check you in order.
If you have not received the email, please line up in the special lane at the registration desk.
Sessions
WordCamp Tokyo 2023 is a two-track event.
If you have a session you would like to attend, please check the schedule page and be seated at the session room when the start time arrives.
Sponsors
WordCamp Tokyo 2023 is supported by 33 sponsors.
Many sponsors will have booths in the Sponsors Area on the day of the event, so please visit them and meet the people.
Some sponsors are preparing original swags, so if you are interested, please come early!
In addition, sponsor booth tours will be held once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
Lunch
Lunch will be served at WordCamp Tokyo 2023.

We hope that participants could enjoy communicating, meeting new friends or just enjoy lunch without leaving the venue!
After Party
After all sessions, an after party will be held in Hall B in the same venue.
Drinks and food will be served! Please join us and enjoy!
Neighborhood Information
There are several convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes near the venue.
Lawson, convenience store, is located on the first floor of the same venue.
Please refer to Google Maps for other facilities.
Tickets
Tickets for WordCamp Tokyo 2023 are sold out as of the day before the event.
If there are any “cancellations” before the event, tickets will be available for purchase on the ticket page.
Also, no physical receipts will be issued for this event. Please check your credit card statement or the email sent at the time of ticket purchase.
Request from Us
Luggage
There is no cloakroom at WordCamp Tokyo 2023. Please use coin-operated lockers in the vicinity or bring as little luggage as possible.
Restroom facilities
The number of restrooms at the venue is limited. We hope that everyone will use the restrooms while sharing with others. Please be careful not to disturb other visitors when using the restrooms.
Smoking area
There is a smoking area on the second floor of the building where the event will be held. Please use the smoking area in a manner that respects the common areas of the building.
Lost and Found
If you lose something or find one, you can drop it off at the “Headquarters” located in the same area as the registration desk. If you find anything, please come to the headquarters.
We have been preparing for this event for about 6 months and it is finally happening. We hope everyone enjoys WordCamp Tokyo 2023.
