For those who are below 18 years old

For those who are under 18 years old, they can now join for free given that they
can provide ID and proof of their age for the reception to check during the event.

Please use the ticket that will be provided for those who registered under 18 years old

Payment Details

Below are the guidelines on how to pay for the WordCamp tickets via PayPal or Credit Cards.

But for those who does not have a PayPal account or Credit Card, you can pay via prepaid card.

Guidelines for registering via prepaid card

1. Purchase the “VISA V-preca Gift” at the convenience store.
2. Access the V-preca Gift page.
3. Click the “V preca gift” button at the upper right of the page.
4. Scratch the back of the card and check the authentication number and card number.
5. Accept the V-replica gift Terms of Use on the input screen, type the “four digits card number” and “authentication number” on the back of the card.
6. Take note or save the card number, expiration date, and security code that will be shown on the confirmation screen.
7. Access PayPal after completing the registration.
8. Click the new registration on the upper right.
9. Enter the needed information on the screen.
10. Enter the card number, expiration date and security code that is located at the back of the card.
11. Access the WCT2015 website to purchase tickets. Input the correct number upon card registration.

Hi Everyone!

I am Carlos from WordCamp Tokyo 2015 (Web Renewal Team)
This is my first time working for WordCamp.
Since it’s unbelievably hot in this time of the year , I hope everyone will take good care of your health to be in great condition for our WordBench!

Well, I am thrilled to announce that the Tokyo WordBench will be held this coming August 24.
What else would be the best thing to do in this hot summer days than to be drinking our iced cold favorite drinks while listening to Lightning Talk Fest speakers！

The greater news is … FREE REGISTRATION!

5 minutes will be allotted for each speaker.
There will be two sets of which 10 speakers will speak for every sets. And as free as we can be here in our camp, you can snacked while you listen, enjoying the food in your hand and the food for your brain.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR 20 SPEAKERS!

We are still looking for speakers. For those who are interested please contact us until 19th of August.

We in the WordPress team would love to see you in this event!
If you love to attend in this kind of event, listening to a lot of speakers talking too fast, maybe it is time for you to be the one we will be listening to! Can’t you hear the stage of WordPress calling you right now?
If you have the knowledge in WordPress to share wether it is with regards to Design, Contents or any thing that would benefit the listeners, we will be honored to have you as part of this event.

The topics discussed in the last WordCamp in Kansai can still be discussed just concise it in 5 minutes talk.
Aspiring speakers for WordCamp in Tokyo can also discuss their topics for 5 minutes.
