The price includes tax.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a class=\"btn\" href=\"https:\/\/2017.tokyo.wordcamp.org\/tickets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Ticket Details \/ Purchase<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"p02\">After Party<\/h2>\n<p>After the Session Day, we are having an after party at the same venue. Details are TBA.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"p03\">Registered Information<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration information (your name and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ja.gravatar.com\/\" target=\"_ blank\" rel=\"noopener \">Gravatar<\/a>\u00a0based on your email address )\u00a0will be displayed in the attendee list.<\/li>\n<li>Required items on the registration form are only your name and email address.<\/li>\n<li>Optional: Twitter account and website URL to be displayed in the participant list. It will be used for the statistics of WordCamp Tokyo and will never be published. Please fill out when applicable.<\/li>\n<li>You can use your nickname in filling up your ticket application.<\/li>\n<li>Participant information can be changed from the URL described in the email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"p04\">Payment Methods<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"p04-1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/us\/webapps\/mpp\/why-use-paypal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Via PayPal<\/a><\/h3>\n<h4>If you do not have a PayPal account<\/h4>\n<p>If you do not have a PayPal account, please enter the necessary information on the application form and click the green &#8220;\u652f\u6255\u3044\u3092\u3059\u308b&#8221; button at the bottom as it is. You will be switched to the PayPal login screen, then click \u201cPay with card\u201d and enter your credit card information to register on PayPal. After registering in PayPal, we will proceed with your payment.<\/p>\n<h4>If you don&#8217;t have a valid credit card<\/h4>\n<p>The ticket system WordCamp uses only accepts payments from Paypal account or credit card. If you have a bank account, you can use the fund in it through your PayPal account. You can also use a prepaid credit card (available at convenience stores), such as <a href=\"http:\/\/vpc.lifecard.co.jp\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">V-Prica<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"p04-3\">Payment Errors<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Check to make sure the credit card information you entered is correct and you have sufficient balance.<\/li>\n<li>If you encounter connection or system error, please try again later. You can <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/wct2017-contact\">contact us<\/a> with the error code if the problem is not resolved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After you successfully purchase a ticket, you will receive an email. If this doesn&#8217;t happen, check your spam folder\/trash then <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/wct2017-contact\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact us<\/a> with <strong>your name and email address used for the purchase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"p05\">Cancellation and Refund<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"p05-1\">Paid tickets<\/h3>\n<p>Until September 10th, you can request a refund using a link in the email with the subject line &#8220;WordCamp Tokyo 2017 \u306e\u30c1\u30b1\u30c3\u30c8&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>If you bought a ticket that comes with a T-shirt, you can only receive a refund until August 15th. In case you can&#8217;t attend the event, we will send you the shirt to a specified location. Please contact <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/wct2017-contact\">contact us<\/a> if you would like to have this arranged.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"p05-2\">Free tickets<\/h3>\n<p>For any free tickets, you will have to contact us to cancel the ticket due to the system limitations. Please <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/wct2017-contact\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact us<\/a> with your name and email address used for the ticket registration.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"p06\">Lounge (Break Room)<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"p06-1\">General Lounge: &#8220;WAPUU Caf\u00e9&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Room I will be a place for anyone to take a break. We will serve free coffee and soft drinks, and you can bring in outside food &amp; drink if you&#8217;d like.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"p06-2\">For Kids &amp; Babies<\/h3>\n<p>We welcome participants who want to bring kids and babies!<br \/>\nWe have a special family lounge &amp; nursing room on the Session Day (September 16).<br \/>\nFamily room is available for anyone with younger children (up to elementary school age). Nursing room can be used with mothers who needs to breastfeed or change diapers.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"p07\">Entrance<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"p07-1\">What you need<\/h3>\n<h4>All tickets<\/h4>\n<p>Please display the web page linked from the ticket email (&#8220;WordCamp Tokyo 2017 \u306e\u30c1\u30b1\u30c3\u30c8&#8221;) on your browser, screenshot, or printed paper.<\/p>\n<h4>Under-18 discount tickets<\/h4>\n<p>In addition to the web page mentioned above, please bring a <strong>proof of age<\/strong> (Student card, license, insurance card, passport, etc.) A copy of the ID is accepted.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"p07-2\">Notes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You may register for a ticket on the day of the event as long as seats are available.<\/li>\n<li>We will not be selling tickets at the door. Pre-registration is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>We are expecting the registration area to be very crowded on the morning of the Session Day.
